Through the inquiry form. If you contact us using the inquiry form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, subject, your requirement (message) and your preferred contact method.

Through WhatsApp. If you tap our WhatsApp button and message us, your message and contact details reach us on WhatsApp. That conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Technical records. Our website hosting provider keeps standard technical records (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the website secure and operational.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this website, and we do not track you across other websites.

We use the personal data we collect only to:

• respond to your inquiry and answer your questions;
• prepare quotations and proposals you ask us for;
• deliver and administer services you engage us for;
• keep proper business records and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your details for marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
